Possibly the question that is on most peoples minds at the moment. The answer is there has been little change, we have lost no sales due to Brexit. There is still plenty of demand for properties as long as they are correctly priced.
The fact is although there may be a slight blip while the house buying public wait to see the effect of us leaving the EU, there is still an enormous shortage of quality homes to either buy or rent, in particular in the South East of England.
So if you are one of those people who are sitting on the fence waiting for the market to collapse, I would seriously consider whether this is a wise move as demand is still outstripping supply!
