Stuart Thomas (and the team) found me a buyer for my flat in a week, which was very impressive! But unfortunately the buyer's mortgage company recommended the worst, slowest and rudest conveyancing solicitors. This resulted in a very long and drawn out sale process (nearly 5 months). This is where STE came into their own chasing for updates so the sale could finally go through. If it wasn’t for the constant chasing I think the sale would have fallen through. Thank you for all your hard work.
Wow! How kind is this firm they have gone out of their way to be so kind to my mum everyone here goes beyond what would you expect I felt they treated my elderly mum like their own mum and explained things so kindly to her probably so many times. They tried so hard to find her an apartment and found her somewhere she loved.
Amazing team, they go above and beyond to help you. We sold our property and lost our first buyer but Stuart Thomas managed to get it sold within 4 days, we then had a nightmare with solicitors and if it wasn't for Stuart Thomas pushing them, I would probably still be waiting for completion. Also, as our property was empty and I lived too far away they kept an eye on it for me. Nothing was too much for them. 100% best estate agents who look out for you.
